CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Dave has more than 45 years of experience in oilfield related businesses. His often repeated motto is "Failure is not an option". Dave persevered during more than one industry downturn since starting OEM, an oilfield manufacturing business with a focus on machined parts and custom rubber molding. Coming from a South Louisiana family that includes several lifelong machinists, he had a vision that evolved from his early work at forging, casting, and custom machining companies. From this background, his vision that oil industry original equipment manufacturers’ needed an independent supply of specialty sealing systems and cost effective machined parts emerged. Armed with a can do philosophy of providing components that others were either unwilling or unable to supply, Dave has grown the business of OEM Components into what is today a premier custom manufacturing and specialty sealing system supplier.
CHRISTIAN SCHOLLER
PRESIDENT
Chris has been employed in the oilfield manufacturing business in excess of 25 years. Starting at OEM as a machinist, he has refined his skills to include seal design, compression molding, seal bonding, and operation of Auto-CAD design software. Chris fully understands the systems and processes required to operate the machined components and seals business at OEM which includes conformance to ISO requirements. Chris attended German technical training in noted German companies such as Daimler AG and culminating at Messerschmitt Bolkow Blohm where he graduated with honors
and earned his journeyman certificate.

RAY McINTOSH
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Ray’s management experience includes running manufacturing plants, engineering departments, testing laboratories, purchasing and quality assurance departments. As a chemist and quality manager, he has lead personnel working in QS9000 and ISO certified environments. Ray’s primary function at OEM is to manage and organize the quality system and procedures and act as a liaison between OEM and its clients. In May of 2006, Ray received his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
DANNY ALLEN
GLOBAL SALES MANAGER
Danny graduated from Rivier University in New Hampshire in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business. He has over 18 years of Business Development and sales experience with over eight years specializing in seals and related technologies. Building strategic partnerships and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction has been a staple of my career. I am passionate about driving innovation, building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of companies in the Oil and Gas sector that we serve. I take pride in working closely with the engineers to provide sealing support to all our Oil and Gas customers.
